When reporting a problem, it helps to include your browser and device (for example, "Chrome on Windows" or "Safari on iPhone"), which model you were using, and what happened. Since the tool runs entirely in your browser, we cannot see your images or any errors on your side, so those details make a real difference.

Common fixes before you write

• If the model will not install, disable any ad-blocker on this site and refresh.
• If the Max Quality model struggles, switch to Standard.
• If a result looks wrong, try a higher-resolution source image.
